Timing and rules

CHECK-IN is provided by appointment, from 12:30 until 22:00. Any arrivals before 12:30 are possible by prior arrangement, we will show you the house and keep on deposit any luggage even if your room would still be occupied by guests on departure. It is understood that we will not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to your property left in the rooms. Arrivals are accepted until 22:00. In exceptional circumstances and with the agreement may be waived in this time.

CHECK-OUT Guests must vacate their rooms by 11:00 to allow the cleaning room, bath and keys return. By agreement, you can leave your bags in a special room until 18:00. It is understood that we will not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to your property left in the rooms.We remind our guests throughout the house SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN. You can smoke outside on the porch, patio and in the garden.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is self-service and is available until 10:30. In the breakfast room you find prepared an abundant buffet. The products we serve, for law reasons, are necessarily packaged.
The breakfast room is furnished with dishes, plates, glasses, plates, toaster, electric oven and fridge for guests.
You can prepare a good coffee or instant mocha coffee with milk or tea. Generally, the buffet includes: biscuits, bread, sliced bread, jam, spreadable chocolate cream, juice, pastries of various kinds, corn flakes, instant barley, cocoa, honey.

PRICES, RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
The cost of living is 50 euros for a double room (double) and 30 for a double room for single use. Prices refer to all year. If discounts for longer stays are possible (second season).
Children under 3 are free, from 3 to 10, the fare is 10-15 euros. For families there are special facilities.
Booking is recommended, we may not be home when you arrive. In some cases (during the summer, the Genoa’s Boat Show, Christmas and other occasions) will be required to pay a deposit.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
In the event that any cancellations are communicated LEAST 7 DAYS from the date of booking, the deposit will be retained by us and is available for the next 3 months from the cancellation.
In high season (from June to September and during all Souls’ Day, the Christmas holidays, Easter and Genoa’s boat show) this increases to 15 days notice.
The amount due for the stay must be settled on arrival. We accept cash only.

SMALL PETS
We accept small pets, as long accustomed to life at home, in any case not used to climbing on beds and / or sofas. In no case should be left alone in the room or free in the garden.
